The Commission's work to date has been creation and implementation of 18 wayside storyboards throughout historic downtown Quincy, a massive Sesquicentennial celebration in the Fall of 2008 celebrating the 6th debate between Lincoln and Douglas, many educational symposia and workshops with renowned authors and speakers as well as the creation of the Lincoln-Douglas Debate Interpretive Center located across from the renovated debate site plaza in Washington Park.
