The Patio Restaurant,  located in the lower level of the Hotel Elkton,  one of the longest continuous family owned restaurants in Quincy was opened in 1959 by David P. & Rita Neiswender and is renowned for its steak and seafood entrees.   Mark and Kim Neiswender , now owners and managers, continue the same charcoal broiled steaks and renowned "Prime Rib" on Tuesday & Thursday evenings but have added new entrees to the menu, one being the famous  2" inch Patio chop.  They have also added an  Early Bird Menu every evening from 4-6 p.m. for the folks who like to avoid the rush and yet be able to get an entree.  On Tuesday &  Thursday evenings, The Pasta Bar , is a great success,  you can chose your ingredients and watch the chef  prepare your favorite pasta, and the evening is one the whole family can enjoy, priced at only $9.95 for all you can eat, it is Quincy's best food deal!!! 

      The restaurant is open daily from 4 to 9pm Sunday through Thursday and 4 to 10pm Friday and Saturday. We close Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's  Day, giving the family and staff a day with their families.   Easter and Mother's Day  features a special buffet from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a varied menu which has become the favorite dining place on those special days for the honored guests and their  families.

     The Patio has banquet rooms available for small or large events and is a favorite for wedding rehearsals, birthday and anniversaries, retirement parties or business meetings.  It 's seasonal decor adds to the flavor of the event and the friendly and attentive service is what makes The Patio Quincy's most requested restaurant.
